  • Special K meal bar: 180 cal, 6g fat
1:00 p.m.
  • Cambell's Chicken Noodle Soup: 140cal, 4g fat
  • Cheetos: 320 cal, 20g fat
  • Lipton Tea to go: o cal, 0g fat
  • M&M: 480 cal, 220g fat
6:00 p.m.
  • Deli Turkey and 2 pieces of swiss with a bit of mayo of a small hoagie roll
  • one serving of cinnamon teddy grams
  • fruit punch drink pack
TOTAL: 1120 cal, 250g fat
